Subject: Dress Code for church?

They're discussing dress code for Stone Church services.
When I attended there several years ago, it was more or less understood that we dress up for formal services upstairs, and more casual for downstairs.
I think as long as a person is clean and neat, they should be fine in any church, anywhere.
