I have no Digibox nor $ky but here is some general info and experience with FTA channels at 28.2E:

Channels at 28.2E are on four satellites and use various different beams (see http://www.lyngsat.com/packages/skyuk.shtml ), signal strengths of those vary a lot:

* Everything on Astra 2A/2B North beams should be child's play with, lets say, 85cm dish.
* Astra 2A/2B South beam signal falls steeply in South Finland. I get e.g. Sky News and ITV News with 90cm dish about 100km West of you but in Helsinki a bigger dish might be required.
* Eurobird has several beams and I haven't tried all of them but at least some channels on "NW Europe" beam were OK with my 90cm dish.
* Astra 2D (BBC, ITV, etc. channels) is notoriously difficult and I'm not aware of any success in Finland, seems at least 2.4m dish is needed (but may actually require even bigger).

I have used FTA box only (MM9602S) but the best Digiboxes shouldn't be much, if any, worse.
