Good question. People in Gibraltar were fretting about losing the Beeb signal, but that proved to be unfounded. As far as the BBC, ITV and Sky are concerned, the fact that Gibraltar is British counts for nothing- in terms of broadcasting rights it might as well be part of Spain already. The Rock's local station GBC used to carry BBC Prime, which made GBC TV only slightly less unwatched than it is now. BBC Worldwide whinged about BBC1 and 2 being available, but did nothing.
