This has been discussed earlier and there are some steps that they could take to make the reception more difficult (e.g. turn the Astra 2D footprint away from Europe, reduce transmission power, change FEC, etc.) but this is limited because the reception in UK must still be possible with those small minidishes. A tighter footprint, certainly it's possible, but they need to replace Astra 2D with a new satellite for that!
