If it's a Sky Digibox then the RF outputs will not be compatible with your non-UK TV (unless it has multi-standard PAL), so you can't use that route.
You could split the SCART signal and use a video sender.

Better would be to replace the LNB with a twin or quad, and get a separate FTA (non-Sky) digital satellite receiver, fed straight into your 2nd TV.
Then you can watch (or tape) different satellite channels simultaneously if you want.
