Yes, confirmed by Lyngsat: http://www.lyngsat.com/ew2.shtml

The fact that PMT tables were scrambled (see earlier posts by Bobben) means the encryption is likely BISS, RAS or DVB Fixed Key, i.e. some of the systems normally used on feeds.
