Subject: FTA Cards and Reception

Hello All
Has anybody else noticed improved reception with the new Solus cards?? Seems like a dopey question I know, but I've been using the new card for about 2 months now and where previously the ITV channel was awful (even though the Beeb was fine) and everything was dependant on the weather, the reception has been great, can't remember it breaking up once. I didn't twiddle anything at all, just stuck the new card in.... It worked perfectly within seconds and hasn't stopped since. Could it be that the new card allows better reception- can hardly believe that! But then why is reception so much better?? Anyone else had any similar experiences or have any input?? BTW looked at signal strength and quality and it's about the same as it ever was using the Panasonic 30- ie: 90% & 70-80 %

Cheers
Simon
