VoyForums Announcement: Programming and providing support for this service has been a labor of love since 1997. We are one of the few services online who values our users' privacy, and have never sold your information. We have even fought hard to defend your privacy in legal cases; however, we've done it with almost no financial support -- paying out of pocket to continue providing the service. Responses are listed by contributor, in alphabetical order. Responses are the views of the contributor and not those of the Government. However, views and issues raised will help to inform Government thinking on the future of the BBC.

All responses will be published unless confidentiality is specifically asked for or there are other overriding reasons for not doing so - for example if a response contains libellous material*. We will assume that you are content for us to do this, and that if you are replying by e-mail, your consent overrides any confidentiality disclaimer that is generated by your organisation's IT system unless you specifically include a request to the contrary in the main text of your submission to us. Anonymous responses will not be accepted.
