>>how do you record dvd onto VHS?, and what is the
>cost?, what equipment do you use? anyone,THANKS

Its simple,

1) Link your DVD player to you Video player, via a SCART.
2) Then link you video player to your TV (also using a SCART) You will need a Video with 2 SCARTS
3) Select the imput into you Video as the SCART (ie usually called AV bud depends on you make of you Video)
3) Press PLAY on you DVD (as Normal) and record on you Video.
If this doesn't work try changin your settings on you video.
4) Some DVD have coding called Macrovision, you wil now this as its either on the box of the DVD or when you try and recod this the picture flutters in and out. You can do two thing to resolve this, either a) change your settings on your DVD (the web site http://www.regionfreedvd.net might tell you how) or b) buy a Microvision Buster (around €50) Try a first as this is free!

Hope this helps
