Hi HH Dude & Denise (and other interested parties), I emailed the helpdesk at MGtplc but to no avail and eventually managed to speak to a real person at SKY and was told: "it is nothing to do with us, you must contact ITV, C4 or C5" Guess what, they gave me the 'Free2view' automated phone number so I was back to square 1. Agter several attempts and at considerable cost in phone calls I finally managed to get through to MGtplc and was given yet another number which is a new helpdesk just set up. This is the number to call 08700 500 744 In no time at all I was told that due to a computer problem my card had not yet been despatched despite it being four weeks since I applied over the web and they took my money but the good news is that it would be despatched the next day so I should get it anytime now. No apology just the excuse that they had got a lot of cards to process. We shall see!
