Subject: Non Delivery of new "Free to View" Card

 I ordered a new card on 1st November (and as a result the old card was switched of almost immediately). Even now over three weeks later the new card has not yet been received at our UK home even though the card was charged to my Mastercard the next day and has now been paid for.

There appears to be no mechanism on either the web site or the phone lines for finding out if the card has actually been sent out as there is no provision for human contact.

What do I do now and has anybody had a similar experience?
