Hi Peter, first get the dish set up before you deal with the bbc card. There are plenty of free to air channels that you should be able to get using the digibox. Can you use or borrow another receiver? That way you will know if your digibox is at fault or not. Your dish is more than big enough...maybe its the lnb! But first check the receiver somehow..if its second hand it could be faulty.
