According to my calculations you should be pointing your dish at 142 degrees, elevation 33 degrees and skew 27 degrees. If you are not picking up satellites as you swing around it is most likely the elevation that is incorrect. I would suggest setting this first and then you should get something. Very small adjustments in angle can make all of the difference, for every degree you are off alignment you miss the satellite by 600Km. It is necessary to adjust the sensitivity of the meter as you get nearer to the correct alignment. Good Luck
