Astra 2A, 2B and 2D are all in the same orbital position 28.2E, there's no need to adjust your dish for a specific satellite or transponder. Cheap satmeters aren't so great, might be better to do the fine-tuning by looking at receiver signal quality from some transponder that you can get easily (but not so strong that it gives 100% even if the dish is way off).
