Subject: CH8 WHAT IF ROBIN NEVER LEFT PORT CHARLES (PLEASE REPLY)

Office of the District Attorney (Not Justus Ward)

Edward's Lawyer walked into the Da's office and sat at his desk. The District Attorney looked up at the lawyer

DA: WHat can I do for you?

Lawyer: Edward Quartermaine has requested that I give you this confession made by Carly Robert's.

The Da reads the document Carly signed.

DA: THis is interesting. She is claiming that Jason Morgan forced her to lie about Michael Morgan inclusing force.

Lawyer: WHich is kidnapping.

DA: I don't like this. You want me to arrest mr. Morgan and others involved in this. One of the people on this list isnt going to make me popular.

The Lawyer nodded his head.

Lawyer: Your goingto do it anyway. Or else the press will find out about your secret bank account.

DA:What secret account?

The lawyer hands the DA some document.

Lawyer: You have been on SOnny Corinthos's payroll for years. Now do what Mr. Quartermaine has requested and you will enjoy your retirement. if not get ready for a jail cell.

DA: The media will raise hel*. And the public will never support this.

Lawyer: It will be done by then. And you are carrying out the law.

DA: I can't beleive that Edward QUartermaine would go this far.

Lawyer: I need your decision.

DA: ALL RIGHT. I WILL DO IT. But I hope that you and Edward Quartermaine goto hel*.

The lawyer smiles as he leaves. He uses his cell phone to call Edward.

Lawyer: Its done. AND I QUIT.

The lawyer hangs up his phone. He hated doing this as well and was going to be out of town when it happened.

24 HOURS LATER

Robin was on her wayto Kelly's to meet Nikolas when she noticed a policemen coming up to her.

Policeman: Robin Scorpio?

Robin:Yes?

Policeman: I have a warrant for your arresst. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you. You have the right to an attorney. If you can not aafford one one will be provided for you.

Do you understand these rights.

Robin: IS THIS A JOKE?

Policeman: No it isnt. DO you understand these rights?

Robin: yes. WHat am I charged with?

Policeman: COmspiracy to commit kidnaping of a minor. WHich is a felony.

Everyone watches as Robin is handcuffed and placed into the police car.
