Subject: Ch 43 Home Sweet Home

Robert gets up as the Paramedics rush in and come up to Robin and start treating her. Robin is quickly loaded on the stretcher. Jason follows them as Robert,Zander and Emily head to awaiting car and they all head to the local hospital.

They all are led to a waiting room and they wait for news on Robin's condition. Mac and Felicia arrive at the hosptal and are amazedto see Robert.

Mac:Robert?

Robert: Its me.

Mac: But how?

Robert: its a long story. But I was held hostage along with Robin.

Mac: How is she?

Robert: I don't know.

At that moment a doctor walks into the room and comes up to Robert.

Doctor: mr. Scorpio?

Robert: yes. How is my daughter?

Doctor: Lucky. The bullet went cleanly though the breast and out her back. The bullet missed her left lung and there was some minor blood loss which we took care of.

We call it the mircle track. A quarter of a inch to the left or right the bullet would of gone into her heart or lung killing her instantly.

I want her to remain here overnight. She could use the time to regain her strngth. IF everything remains fine when I examine her I will release her tommorow.

mac:That soon?

Doctor: It was very lucky. The only reason she is remaining in the hospital is because we have a policy that gunshot victims must reamin in the hospital overnight.

You can see her in a couple of hours.

Robert:Thank you.

The Doctor leaves. As the doctor leaves he checks the board when a follow doctor is checking in.

Doctor: Good morning Doctor Merick.

Doctor Alex Devane says hello to the other doctor
