中國人的走後門,拉關係文化根本處處也有.唔講第二處,濟記都有同學可以因為懂拍老師馬屁.可以於社際比賽什至作文考試中順利過關啦.就算升中六,潮州式的"自己人"文化在絕大部份教會名校也年年如是. 公平根本就只是理想,而非事實.
許冠傑都有得唱: 邊有半斤八兩咁理想.
查實出來做野,很多時發覺基層的升職者不少也是食飯時懂得在上司身邊跟出跟入之輩.他們的工作表現未必好,但拉關係倒一流.不過上一層的則多要講實力.
從另一方面想,自己是否應檢討自己的人際關係呢.
有人提起法國外籍兵團,據知法國外籍兵團是不許法國藉人士參加,因為按規定法國人在兵團是當軍官的.而外藉人士即使表現優異絕大部份也只可做士兵.
機會???考慮工作能力???

致前浪兄, 多謝你的意見, 你所說的話, 我明白, 我並不是要去尋死, 只是一時感慨, 學校灌輸知識給同學, 叫同學腳踏實地, 不要做擦鞋仔, 老板及上師不會喜歡擦鞋仔, 但出來做事發現, 老板及上師是喜歡擦鞋仔, 如你做事做得好, 做多D啦, 而功勞卻歸功於那些擦鞋仔。所以希望學校在教學生時, 不要向同學灌輸腳踏實地, 而教同學如何擦鞋便態升職加薪
