Hi~ I haven't left any message here for a long time~
I wanna say something not just focusing on Mr. Chan~ but much more general... It's actually a question that I've been looking for the ans for a long time... but it still haven't come out yet...hope that someone can share some of ur opinions with me!

So... for a teacher, if he is not teaching well (Let's just don't discuss how to define "teaching well"), then should he be allowed to continue to teach?

Well, if he is a young teacher, he doesn't have any teaching experiences, it's reasonable for him to have some mistakes or rooms to improvements in his teaching. One may claim that time is needed for him to improve, is that right? But my point is, we students can't wait. If I'm a F.6 student, I just have to years to prepare myself for the AL exam, then this "BAD" teacher waste my valuable two years, what can I do? Okay, he may have some improvements after these two years, but not me!! >.<" So...?? he should be fired or not? Or, can a school fire a teacher just because he is not teaching well enough?

There may be some grammatical errors` haha~ but I'm too lazy to type Chinese~~~ :p

我十分同意king fai既意見" we students can't wait. If I'm a F.6 student, I just have to years to prepare myself for the AL exam, then this "BAD" teacher waste my valuable two years, what can I do? Okay, he may have some improvements after these two years, but not me!! "
