Subject: Lets work together.....

I have been in both the alternative program and disciplinary end of the nursing board in Ohio. I really just took everything that I have been through as what "I had to do"--but the more nurses I talk to from Ohio, the more I hear about inconsisties, breached agreements, "rules" made after the fact and changes in policies that directly affect our lives and our abilities to return to work. Quite frankly, I think they have not only been unfair and unjust in some of their decisions, but have maybe even ignored some laws that even we are entitled to and may be protected by. I would love to hear from anyone and everyone from Ohio to see if we can start putting some facts together. I hate to see more nurses go through this. If your not comfortable leaving personal information, that's perfectly understandable, but please at least post your story and stay on the site. Thank you, Tammi
