Subject: A prayer and a poem of rememberance.
I did not learn of the passing of Trevor Goddard till earlier this evening. I am truely sorry for your loss, and hope that under the circumstances today that you are able to find some solace in the words of the many fans who have posted here yesterday, today, and every day that still has yet to come.
To peices of advice I can offer...Time will heal the loss. Five years ago I lost my father..it still hurts everyday.
The second is a poem that I wrote the day 9/11 happened.
I am not much of a poet, but it just came out of the saddness and the shock. I would like to share it in hopes that offers some solace to the family and the fans.
Promise Me..
Not to forget me. Let me be here.
Let me live, even though I am gone.
Let my light, now growing dim.
Become strong, with you and.
Light your world.
Show you the way, To help me not to be forgotten.
To show you the joy of my life, my short time on this world.
With you thinking of me, I will not have died.
But I will live on forever through you...
