Trev, I hope you find the peace and happiness which obviously you couldn't find in life. I don't claim to understand depression but when it consumes your life to such an extent that you can't see any way out other than to check out, then who are we to question your actions.
My deepest sympathy to your family and friends over here in Australia as well as around the World. I hope they can understand your pain.

We were deeply saddened to read of your suicide in yesterday's newspaper. We always enjoyed your great acting, your confrontations with Harm, your using your charms on Mac enough to propose and almost marry her, your great friendship with Bud/Harriet.
I'll always think of the "goodbye" episode where they all came to the local pub and Bud started singing WALTZING MATILDA and your looking back inside from outside as you wandered away.
My heart goes out to your 2 young sons/family on their deep lose. A suicide is always hard to understand as the family goes thru it trying to look for things they overlooked.
