_o's mom got back to us and this is what she gave me.

1 chinese cabbage (Napa), chopped
2 pkgs ramen soup mix-chicken flavor; crushed
1 cup slivered almonds, toasted
1/2 cup sesame seeds, toasted
6 to 8 green onions, chopped

Dressing:
4 tsps sugar
6 tsps rice wine vinegar
2 pkgs seasoning from soup
1 cup oil
salt to taste

More than one night in the refrigerator and this gets soggy.
I cut this in half and it makes a lot.
