Subject: MBB tix vs. UCONN

Will CCSU make any tickets available for the UConn game at the HCC?

The 11-game UConn MBB season tix package at the HCC go on sale tomorrow and according to the UConn ticket office, only if they do not sell out this package will single game tickets be available to the public sometime in the future. The UConn tix office also said if a team returns tickets they would also go on sale to the public, but I'm assuming CCSU won't return any.

It will probably be the same as two year's ago. Tix will be offered to season ticker holders first, then students, then if any are left, offered the general public.

Thanks. That sounds like a fair system - to reward season tix holders first and then try to increase student attendance. I just hope the contract w/ UConn provided CCSU with a fair amount of seats - not a measly 300 seats in a 16k arena!

That might be what you end up with. I don't think they give schools to many tix.
