Just a tough game all the way around. They missed too many open shots and couldn't take advantage of the momentum swing when they tied it at 19.

The made a nice late-season run, but it's disappointing the season ended with such a dud on national TV. Hopefully last night was a learning experience for the younger players. Robinson will be missed.

After some very tough spots in the beginning of this season, I think this was a happy ending and a sign of good things to come. First, Monmouth was red hot last night and it’s always hard to beat a hot team at home. Central made some nice runs and kept it close, but I think the pressure (and Monmouth’s defense) was a lot for the younger guys last night. Lastly, FREE THROWS!!!! I hope the guys spend most of the off-season shooting from the line. FTs killed us all season and really good teams take advantage of the charity stripe. All-in-all it was a good season all the team should be proud.
