杭州查出毒腐竹

【明報專訊】浙江杭州日前抽樣檢查市售豆製品，發現超過六成的腐竹曾以對人體有害的甲醛（即福爾馬林）和二氧化硫處理過。

據《杭州日報》報道，衛生監督人員共採集20件樣本，其中9件為豆腐皮、11件為腐竹。監測結果顯示，9件豆腐皮相關指標全部合格﹔11件腐竹樣本中，有7件被查出含有甲醛和二氧化硫成分，接近總樣本數的64％，被判定為不合格
