玉米澱粉加氨水　黑心粉絲假可口

大陸山東龍口粉絲聲名遠播，不少台灣人到了當地，都不忘買一把回家嚐嚐，不過大陸媒體追查發現，不少生產龍口粉絲的廠商，不用綠豆或豌豆為原料而採用玉米澱粉製作，並且以腐蝕性極強的氨水沖洗，才讓粉絲看起來晶瑩剔透。

粉絲照道理是以綠豆或豌豆為原料，在大陸首屈一指的山東龍口粉絲，想來材料更道地，但實地到煙台一帶，生產龍口粉絲的工廠作業人員，卻不是捧著綠豆、豌豆往桶裡倒。記者：「這是什麼？」工廠人員：「玉米澱粉。」記者：「這要加多少玉米澱粉啊？50%的玉米澱粉？」工廠人員：「對。」

50%算客氣，幾個廠問下來，80%都是玉米澱粉的更多。工廠人員：「每家有每家的秘方，不過做出來不一樣了。」

偷雞摸狗的處方當然各有不同，有人為了讓粉絲看起來更晶瑩剔透，竟然連腐蝕性極強的農業化肥原料氨水，也攪和在原料裡。工廠人員：「別看我們這看起來好像不正規，不管商檢什麼我也不怕，這是我們是敢保證的。」

龍口粉絲的口碑早傳了開來，是地方的主要財源，這些商家顯然仗著這點，不理會官員檢驗，但不實的材料以及有害健康的添加劑，曝光後終究會斷了黑心商人的財路。
