【明報專訊】近期中國內地發生多宗亞硝酸鹽食物中毒事件，共有403人中毒，2人死亡。

國家衛生部昨天發布今年第4次食品衛生預警公告，提醒市民要從正規商舖購買食鹽，千萬不要購買私鹽、使用來歷不明的「鹽」類物質，以防止發生亞硝酸鹽食物中毒事件。

衛生部籲勿買私鹽

公告要求各地食堂，尤其是學校食堂和地盤食堂及餐飲單位加強內部管理，嚴禁購買和使用工業用鹽，嚴防亞硝酸鹽食物中毒和落毒事件發生。

據知，衛生部收到的報告顯示﹕山西省晉中市「萬家燈火大酒店」非法使用亞硝酸鹽造成168人中毒﹔陝西省乾縣「春鋒食堂」非法使用亞硝酸鹽造成115人中毒﹔吉林省長春市因不法分子用亞硝酸鹽落毒而造成117人中毒﹔湖北咸寧市一家庭因誤食亞硝酸鹽造成3人中毒，其中2人死亡。

食品生產加工企業使用亞硝酸鹽須嚴格按照《食品添加劑使用衛生標準》，並須有醒目標識及妥善保管，以防誤用。亞硝酸鹽為白色或微黃色結晶或顆粒狀粉末，具有很強的毒性，攝入0.2至0.5克就可引起中毒，3克可致死。中毒的徵狀有頭痛、頭暈、乏力、胸悶、氣短、心悸、惡心、嘔吐、腹痛、腹瀉等，嚴重者意識模糊、煩躁不安、昏迷、呼吸衰竭以至死亡。
