watch out if you are going to fish any small tribs within a TWO mile radius of the nuke plant in oswego. I was fishing a small stream when two vans pulled up with state police in them. they checked my drivers license and asked me many questions. then a national gaurd vehicle rode buy and stayed close by watching me. They said i could fish but they would be keeping a close eye on me.
