We all know what needs to be done to fix the river, but how do we get the "powers to be" to listen to us? Anybody out there with an idea or someone who can get us in touch with the right people please let us know. I'm not going to just sit back and let the river be run the way it is now. I just hope there are enough of you here that feel the same way. We will have to gather together in a large enough group to get anyone to even listen to our ideas.
