2/3 - Salmon River Report
With sun and a height advantage (drift boat) my friends saw fish in ALL the usual places. They also noticed fish holding-resting in transitional water, making their way up river.

2/2 - Salmon River Report
Water levels have been forecast to remain at 750 cfs (1 gate plus run-off) until Friday. Yesterday, Orwell and Trout Brook were running high and muddy.

This higher flow in the river means a continuation of fresh, aggressive, hard fighting Steelhead entering and running the Salmon River in preparation to start their spawning ritual.

Presently, its 25 degree's and sunny.

Ye-haaa!
