IT IS IMPORTANT WHEN PROPERTY IS LOST FOR MANY REASONS. OF COURSE YOU KNOW THE PRIMARY REASONS BUT ANOTHER ONE IS THAT THE MORE LAND THAN IS ERODED, THE MORE TREES WASH OUT AND THOSE TREES CAUSE MORE BLOCKAGES DOWNSTREAM, CAUSING MORE PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE. ALL OF THIS SHOULD BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION. I HOPE YOU WILL ATTEND THE NEXT TASK FORCE MEETING. IT WILL BE SEPT 25TH FROM 11:30-2:30 (BRING YOUR OWN LUNCH). AND WILL BE HELD IN THE DOT CONFERENCE ROOM. IF YOU CAN'T MAKE IT PLEASE SEND ME YOUR QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS SO THAT I CAN PRESENT THEM AT THE MEETING FOR YOU. IF THERE IS A CHANGE IN THE THE MEETING TIME I WILL POST IT ON SALCHA.ORG.
