Jodi walked out of the barn with three halters hanging over her left arm.She harnessed her strongest AQH stallion named Charmer's Exile to a large wooden chute that is about 4 feet wide and 18 feet long. She made him pull the chute up to Mocha Creme's gate first.Then she unhooked him and walked him to his stall.She then opened the gate and ran the mare in therefore shutting the chute gate upon the mare's entrance. Then she slid two bars through the railing of the chute. The first bar went right on top of the mare's hindquarters to prevent her from kicking her back legs. Then she placed the second bar about an inch above her withers to prevent her from rearing. Then she slid a wide board in front of the mare's neck, right under her jawline to prevent her from wiggling her head around.

"Alright girl," Jodi sarcastically said,"It's time to rumble!"
Jodi climbed up on top of the chute right above the mare's head and crouched down.She placed the mare's head between her knees and grabbed a halter. She then slid the halter over the mare's muzzle and behind her ears. Then she grabbed the jaw piece from under the mare's neck and clipped it to the silver ring on the left side of her head.

"Gotcha now girl!" she spoke to the mare while jumping off of the chute. She then removed all of the bars and boards and opened the chute gate. The mare darted out of the chute now wearing a bright red halter.

Jodi reached her hand out to pet the mare as she trotted past her. "Good girl, Easy girl!" she whipsered. Thunderstrike whinnied for Mocha Creme to come to his fence..."Don't worry boy," said Jodi,"Tomorrow it's your turn." Jodi smirked and hung the other two halters on the horse's fences in which they belonged and walked back into the barn to feed and water all of the horses...
