An interesting excerpt:

His work in film, particularly once he moved to Los Angeles in 1987, didn't always do him justice. He has played a number of unsavoury villains, more servants (notably in Titanic), and even took a role in a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie. He wouldn't say he's choosy; nor does he harbour regrets. "I'm grateful for those roles: they were bread and butter, and they kept me around as an actor." He admits, though, that he is a workaholic who gets depressed when he is between roles. "Some of those jobs that one does are the equivalent of an alcoholic drinking meths."

Well, according to the IMDb it was released in October ... in France. I wonder how long the rest of us will have to wait!

And what about all those other new ones that keep appearing on his IMDb resume? "Workaholic"? He's superhuman! I don't even have the time to *watch* all his movies once I find them; how does he have the time to make them? And to think he's making daily stage appearances as well! Well, if he has to be "addicted" to something, I'm glad it's acting and that we get to reap the benefits. (My only wish: that if he's going to do the bad stuff, he'd only accept *larger* roles ... I'm willing to suffer through the worst dreck as long as he's in it; David Warner can make just about anything watchable. Give me a dual role in "Loving Deadly" any day over one-minute cameos in "Money Talks" or "The Unnameable II.")

Thanks for sharing that, Ms. "Cinephilia"!

As hilariously accurate as Friday Jones's review on the IMDb (a href="http://reviews.imdb.com/Reviews/62/6254">reviews.imdb.com/Reviews/62/6254) was, I even enjoyed DW's performance as cold-hearted killing machine in "The Felony"! (And I still didn't think The Felony was as bad as Loving Deadly.)

I tried to make that a link so you wouldn't have to cut and paste the URL, should want to read that review. I'll try again: rel=nofollow target=_blank href="http://reviews.imdb.com/Reviews/62/6254">reviews.imdb.com/Reviews/62/6254 (It's a literary masterpiece; I die laughing every time I read that part about the flensing knives ... And Lance's shirt really is hideous!)
