I hadn't seen any of the previous "Hornblower" installments but tuned in when I found out that Mr. Warner was going to be in this one. The critic who called David Warner's performance "amazing" was right on the mark. It seemed so long since I had seen DW, and I just knew that this was going to be another one of his stellar performances. And it was! By the end of the episode, I felt truly sorry for the character of Sawyer. It is always a pleasure to see David Warner, and I can't wait for Planet of the Apes!
