Jamie gets into his car, with Beth right beside him, and drives to his house. He stops the car, turns it off, and jumps out. He runs to the barn and walks down the hall to Zaya's stall. She's breathing hard and drentched in sweat. He tries to help her and after two hours, there's a new bay filly on the ground. Jamie smiles and pats Zaya telling her she did a good job and she's a good girl. He imprints on the filly and thinks of a name for her. He comes up with the name Zaya's Blessing. Blessing for short. He walks out of the stall once Blessing has gotten to her feet and is nursing good. He locks the stall door and smiles at Beth. He walks around the barn checking on the other mares, but none of them had had their foals yet so he let them be. Jamie washes up and walks outside with Beth. "You know, I'm not going to keep these foals. I'm gonna sell them when they're a year or so old. I have too many horses already. What do you think? Should I keep them?" he asks wondering what she'll say.
