Date Posted: 19:24:13 01/22/04 Thu Claire had been cleaned up, and her wounds bandaged. She had been given plenty of time to rest, and a fresh set of clothes. Now she stood before the Round Table Council, telling her side of the story. "We were traveling through the Basin back from some research we had done when we were attacked by something. We thought they were raptors, but were giant birds. I took a few hits, and managed to escape to another part of the forest. But before I did, I saw a few of these birds tear my companions apart and kill them." Claire shuddered slightly. "I passed out, and when I came to, everything was calm. Then I was found and brought here." The Council mumbled to themselves in low tones at Claire's story. An aged Amargasaurus (sp?) spoke up, "We have not documented any giant birds in the Basin. Could you have mistaken Utah or Megaraptors for them?" He said. "I am certain they were birds. They had terrible beaks and bird-like feet." Claire said, looking momentarily at the ground. [Okay.
