(By the way, the rest off my posts might have spoilers for the end of my fan fic SEARCH PARTY, which will be finished ^_^, so those who would like to keep the end a secret, stop reading now.)
"I didn't know you had five offspring!" Asha exclaimed.
"Yes. my mate, Silvershade, was as surprised as me when five of her clutch of seven actualy hatched. Blacknight, the youngest by six minutes is the one I am looking for. If those birds touch on feather of his crest,I'll...I'll..."
"It's alright Silverclaw, we'll help you find your family. And Asha's. I promise." John replied, reasuring both of them.
"What are the other names of your hatchlings?"Asha asked, desperate to get the conversation off of her mother.
"Well, there's Blacknight, the youngest. And Morninglight, his older twinlet. Twotone, the middle aged. Shadesong, Shade for short, the oldest. And the second oldest is, Forthlight."
"Lovely names, you've given." Asha replied
"Oh no, those are the names my wife bestowed on them. The three males shall recieve new names when they pass to alulthood."
"Why not the females?" Asha asked through clenched teeth, raptor or not is he was biased on females he'd punch him,
"Oh they can perform the warriors walk if they choose, but the mothers of the clan have their own right of passage. I don't know much about it though, maybe I should ask Brightfrost what she did..." he trailed off into a momentary trance. A rustle in the grass snapped him out of it. "Did you here that,"
"Here what?" the to teens asked in unison.
"I think we had better move towards the safety of, the, trees," Silverclaw spread each word out, trying to described the ugency of their situation. By now Rune had heard the noises to and was scrathing up John's leg. Trying to get to the safety of his arms.
"You know what, I think Silverclaws right. I've never seen Rune act this way. Ok, ok I'll pick you up."

Just then Tripleclaw charged.
