It has 174 pages and the author of the book is Daniel Wallace. This book is about a man who is dieing, while he is dieing his son is telling the story of his life. The name of the man that is dieing is Edward Bloom. He does many amazing things in his life time. He tamed giants and saved many peoples lives. He told a lot of jokes, and his son thought that he told too many. He even told them in his death bed. His son believed him to be immortal. He once bought a town inch by inch and it wasn’t for business it was just because he loved the town and the people in it. He also fell in love with a woman in that town. They moved into a white house with a very nice lawn and a pretty garden. But he was away so much that she got so sad that she didn’t have time to take care of the yard anymore. It turned into a swamp and many animals moved into it. He couldn’t get to her so he couldn’t make her happy. She was stuck. At the end of the book his son is talking to him, and the father tells him he wants to get out of the house.
