I wonder if Nikita is just unconsciously testing Michael. Maybe she doubts her own judgment. After all, she initially thought that David Fanning was a good person, until he revealed his true personality.

So far, Nikita has never told Michael that she loves him, she might still be just waiting for him to somehow change, become tired of her…

Also, so many years running, not trusting people and the only person she trusted, Marco, actually was deceiving her. Michael needs to follow his instincts and try to get Nikita to talk while reassuring her on his love.

This dinner could get very interesting…
