thought was a very good story. You should write what gives you joy and what challenges and inspires you to write more because you enjoy what you're doing and find yourself growing as a writer, rather than slogging it out writing something that feels forced because you think you 'should' write even when the muse isn't there. I'm a journalist and do talent interviews and film reviews for both print and online. It's a completely different type of writing from fiction, but, for me, it makes a huge difference when I appreciate the work of the person I'm interviewing or am inspired by the film I just saw to write about why I liked it. Hope this helps!
