昨日，又有一名少年跳樓自殺。他不是受不了現實生活中的壓力，反而是虛擬世界令他痛苦不堪，甚至不能自拔。

這名十六歲的少年，生前非常沉迷online games (網絡遊戲)，除了食飯和睡眠時間外，全都坐在電腦前「打機」，他的生活彷彿與現實全完脫節。怎料，他在遊戲中所用的心愛武器被hacker (網絡黑客)奪去，整個人陷入瘋狂狀，結果在無法解脫痛苦及憤怒之下走上絕路，用ICQ發出遺言後，從自己的居所躍下，身亡。

看罷心裡很惋惜，慨嘆online game 可以令人「癲到咁」。以前總係覺得阿爸阿媽叫「做咩都好，唔好咁沉迷！」係耳邊風，覺得佢地老土，無考慮過會有什麼不良後果。然而，實例在眼前，不得不警覺。

可能你會覺得這個例子好極端，你唔會係咁！但相信當初這位少年也沒想到有這一日。所以，無論是投入什麼玩意，都係平衡至上，要多加留意自己有否因太投入某活動而忽略正常社交、學業等，咁就玩得開心，玩得放心！
