I would suspect that the seat wasn't put in the lowest position when you sat in the car? I am 1.83 and with the seat all the way down I can grow another head on top of mine before I touch the roof :D

Gris Hologramme looks kinda boring I have to agree here. Renault has done a lousy job choosing colours for the Megane. But then again the colours Peugeot offers are not much better :S

As far as the dash is concerned, you might enjoy the aluminum accents in the Dynamique better probably. Make sure to check out the Dynamique and Privilege (Beige) ambiances before choosing, they look quite different!
