Subject: Does he like me?

I'm in grade 7 elementry school. There is this guy in my class who i have liked since grade 2. In grade 5 i told him that i liked him and he kinda ignored me for a bit. In grade 6 we only talked at recess and lunch when he gave me piggy-backs around the school. Now in grade 7 we are almost best friends. We used to go over to his house or starbucks with the other grade 7 because it was on the way to wear evry1 lived. Whenever i couldnt go he looked really sad. He always respect me and my opinions/wishes. He lightly teases me and whenever he goes overboard he apollogises like crazy. he is really sweet to me and has danced with me at every dance we have had but the last 1. Our little brothers were there that time tho so i think thats why. I didnt dance either because of that. I catch him staring at me lots of the time. Whenever i catch him he turns around really quickly. I really want to tell him that i like him but what if he ignores me again. I really didnt like that. What do i do?
