Subject: need your opinions

ok my exhusband and I have decided to work things out, but then he tells me he is having lunch with a lady that hes already had a dinner date with back in dec or so. She works at one of the companies he visits from time to time. His boss wasn't to happy about the whole idea (not professional) He is always worried about hurting others and their feelings but has no problem hurting me because he thimks he not wrong i was told he is doing it no talking about it. i say hes leading her on its known that she is very interestedin my ex he says he is not come on whats going on here i am not wrong! or am i?
