When I go to Preferences, listed is General, Communication, Personal, and Other. Under General, Sounds and Alerts is listed. Sound system is on high, game sound is on high, alarm sound is on high, alarm LED is on high, and alarm vibrate is also on high.
I'm really at a loss!
