Subject: Visor Prism Battery Woes

 My wife's Visor Prism is dead. Will not charge at all, though the Visorphone will charge while in the cradle. PDA will not turn on at all. Will not indicate charging in any way. Won't soft or hard reset, won't soft or hard reset while in the charger.

Any ideas? Know where I can get a replacement battery? Gethightech doesn't carry any Prism parts and I can't find another source... Or should I just cough up the $$ and send it to Handspring?
