I don't know of a source for replacement Visor batteries either. You might try the VisorCentral Message board as well:

Since Handspring is phasing out the Visor line, they are reducing prices to clear inventory. Depending on how old the unit is, you might simply want to purchase a new unit (which will have a full warranty).
