Sounds like you should come to a PUG meeting.

Changing devices is usually pretty easy, since most people store a copy of there data somewhere on their desktop. Normally, its a matter of making sure your hotsync is properly set up. I need clarification. Where is her data now? Is it in a desktop program, such as Palm Desktop or Outlook?
