 It seems like personalized syncing to a web based calendar never really caught on. Accoding to Yahoo's site, that don't even support Win XP.

The only individual web based calendar I found so far is https://innoport.com/applications/personal_information_manager/ . It does allow syncing with Outlook, but not the Palm Desktop. There are several products for businesses/groups that allow calendar syncing to Palms, including Lotus Notes and Meeting Maker.
