Subject: Hot Sync Probs with Tungsten T3

 Trying to get my wife's new Tungsten T3 up and running, and have not been able to Hot Sync. I've called Palm three times, and have done everything they've asked (reinstall Palm software, hard reset for palm, unplug USB, etc.).
When I hit the Hot Sync button on the cradle, it sounds like it's starting to Sync, and Hot Sync manager starts on the PC, but I never get animation on the three icons on the PDA screen, and after a while I get a message on the PDA that says that the conection between handheld and computer has been lost. Any thoughts or recommendations of things to try?
